Every discarded laptop, server rack, or box of dead cables in your storeroom is a liability the moment it stops being useful.
SND Recycler picks it up, processes it under CPCB-compliant standards, and hands you the paperwork to prove it never became somebody else's problem.

We manage the full spectrum of electronic waste, not just the easy categories.
If it runs on electricity and has reached the end of its working life, we have a process for it.
India generates well over 4 million metric tonnes of electronic waste every year, enough to make it the third-largest source of e-waste on the planet. Offices upgrade laptops every three years. Data centres retire servers on a rolling cycle. Hospitals replace diagnostic equipment the moment a newer model rolls in. Banks decommission ATMs and core banking hardware in bulk, often without a clear disposal plan.
Most of this hardware still holds sensitive data, hazardous material, or both. Left in a storeroom, it is a compliance risk. Handed to an unregistered scrap dealer, it becomes a bigger one.SND Recycler exists to close that gap, turning a liability into a documented, compliant and often revenue-positive process.
India's e-waste sector runs on the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, which replaced the older 2016 framework and came into force on April 1, 2023. Under this regime, producers, refurbishers, dismantlers, and recyclers are all required to register with the Central Pollution Control Board, and the rules introduced Extended Producer Responsibility along with a system for generating and transacting EPR certificates.
The rules also set hard limits on hazardous substances, with producers required to keep materials like lead and mercury below prescribed thresholds. As a registered recycler, SND Recycler works within this framework so that every organisation we serve, from a mid-sized office to a national bank, has documentation that holds up under audit. Legal Raasta
If your organisation qualifies as a bulk consumer under the rules, meaning you have used 1,000 or more units of electrical or electronic equipment in a financial year, partnering with a compliant recycler is not optional. It is the difference between a clean audit trail and an environmental compensation notice.

Bulk pickup, secure handling, compliant processing, and clear documentation, built for Indian businesses and institutions.
On-demand pickups across routes and regions. Corporate, small businesses, education centres, and warehouses rely on us to remove bulk unwanted electronics without hassle, keeping harmful materials from piling up in landfills.
Data-bearing devices move through strict data removal standards before recycling. Servers, storage drives, networking gear, and laptops are handled to protect workplace information and privacy.
Prefer a handover instead of a pickup? Use our partner drop-off points for quick device submission. We handle transport, sorting, and sustainable processing from there.
SND Recycler manages a diverse range of bulk e-waste needs through reliable and responsible electronic recycling across India.
Who we serve: Businesses • Government and Councils • Education Providers • Industrial and Commercial Facilities • Technology and Managed Service Providers
SND Recycler provides electronic recycling services across India with professional teams and local partners in each state and territory.
Because SND Recycler manages bulk e-waste disposal across India with CPCB-compliant, EPR-certified recycling for corporates, IT firms, and institutions.
We had a data centre migration on a hard deadline and no plan for the old servers. SND Recycler handled collection in phases so our timeline never slipped, and every unit with client data was destroyed before it left our building. The documentation was ready well before our ISO audit.

Coordinating ATM disposal across three states used to mean three vendors and three sets of paperwork. SND Recycler ran it as one process from start to finish. Our compliance team received a single report instead of chasing down records from different cities.
Mollika Banerjee
Mumbai
We upgraded computer labs across the entire campus in one go. SND Recycler scheduled the whole collection around our exam calendar, and by the end of it we had clean data to put straight into our sustainability report.

Metals like copper, aluminium, and steel are recovered and re-enter the supply chain instead of sitting in landfill.
Hazardous substances, including lead and mercury, are handled and contained under CPCB-prescribed limits, keeping them out of soil and groundwater.
Every tonne processed reduces the load on India's informal recycling sector, where unsafe practices are still common.

1. What counts as bulk e-waste?
Under Indian regulation, any organisation using 1,000 or more units of electrical or electronic equipment in a financial year is classified as a bulk consumer. In practice, this covers most mid-to-large offices, hospitals, banks and educational campuses.
2. Do you provide certificates after disposal?
Yes. Every collection is followed by documentation covering recycling and, where applicable, data destruction, so your compliance records are complete.
3. Can you handle multi-city collection for one organisation?
Yes. We coordinate pickups across regions, so you are dealing with a single vendor rather than separate local operators in every city.
4. What happens to data on old devices?
Devices carrying sensitive data go through certified destruction before recycling begins, and this is documented separately from the general recycling certificate.
